the domain functional level of the domain is at least Windows Server 2003:

Redirection was NOT successful.
I know I changed the functional level of the domain to 2003 before. I just confirmed it.
In the SBS Migration document from Microsoft, you don’t have to raise the functional level of the domain if you still have a Windows 2000 domain controller..but with SBS, could you? So it does say that you can perform this same command using C:Windowssystem32redirUsr.exe to redirect the default user container and rdercmp.exe for the computer container.
Microsoft talks about it here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324949/en-us
This doesn’t stop the migration at all and we can look at it further later if need be.
