Detected Library: DOCS
A problem was detected when processing a request. The problem may be due to user input error, to a DM Server processing or communications error, or to an internal DM Admin error.

  • Creation of Form Handler object failed.
  • The following information is provided in case it is needed to diagnose the problem.
DM Admin File:C:Program FilesHummingbirdDM Web ServerLibMaintlibmaint.asp
  Microsoft JScript runtime error ‘800a138f’

‘pnode’ is null or not an object

/CyberDOCS/LibMaint/libmaintTree.inc, line 47

The following information is available in the DM 5.1.0.5 Installation Guide:

“In Hummingbird Enterprise 2004, when you install DM Web Server on a Windows 2003 Server, the DM Server service account is configured as the Windows user account for anonymous access to the CyberDOCS virtual directory. In previous releases, the IUSER_computername user account was used for this purpose. This change has been made in Hummingbird Enterprise 2003 due to privilege restrictions made to the IUSER_computername user account in Windows Server 2003. If you do not want to user the DM Server service account, you can create a user specifically for anonymous access. However, if the DM Server and the DM Web Server reside on separate machines, you must ensure that the anonymous user is added to the domain where the DM Server resides. The account must also have “Read and Execute” permissions on the DM Sever in order to create and execute objects.”

I did not change the user and it was set to use the dmadmin account not the anonymous.  Got this same error.

Turned out it was DCOM issues on the webtop machine.  Had to give DMADMIN default local activation rights for My computer under DCOMCNFG.  Very frustrating..Was this in the manual?
